Planning- Call sheets

It is important for me and my group to have a call sheet in which we can issue to each member and every actor. This will inform everyone of where and when they should report for a particular day of shooting. The call sheet is also useful for contact information of our group and the actors including the schedule for the day. Additionally our call sheet can show transport arrangements, safety notes and whether they will need to bring lunch to the venue.

Using Microsoft Excel we were able to manage our call sheet and present all the information, transferring it to Microsoft Word was effective as it looked professional.In addition by first producing work on Excel I had a immediate backup, if we lost our call sheet.

Using call sheets was helpful as we could be organised and ensure shooting our music video would run smoothly.
