Here is my design:

I edited the template for the CD tray in Photoshop as this is a professional software, the inside was edited to have a 'natural' grassy pattern as this supports our 'student' target audience, I then created the back and inside of my DigiPack using my drafts for these. After I had created these I then edited them e.g the colour didn't match the DigiPack front cover of the grass so I adjusted the brightness and contrast of the backgrounds. Overall I am relatively happy with my Overall DigiPack design as it supports our 'indie/alternative' genre through the interesting rabbit image. I will then compare it with my group so we could choose the best one or the most effective characteristics of each to ensure a successful DigiPack.

This is another example of a member of my groups design Natalie, it is also effective and contains similar ideas to Kiera's and mine, this proves we are all designing correctly to attract out target audience. I like the CD tray here as the black creates a mysterious, 'grunge' effect reiterating our 'indie/alternative' target of music. I prefer the layout of Kiera's inside cover as I feel the vertical placed font is more surreal and original.

This is Kiera's another members of my groups overall DigiPack design,I feel this is effective and supports some of my characteristics and ideas I presented in my drafts e.g Grass Background. I also like the idea of displaying the 'UFO' lyrics inside and having just the title of the song as the consumer is already aware of the artists name and including this could look crowded. Vertically placing the 'UFO' supports my idea and I feel transfers a surreal approach supporting our theme. The black background reflects our 'indie/alternative' genre and the simplicity of our design supports our student age target. However I would change the colour of the grass background so it is darker supporting the cover, I would also make the font of the lyrics larger and take out the fullstops in the title as I don't think it's necessary.
